What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not give any refunds for any reason. If you are unable to make your reservations and give at least 24 hours notice we can reschedule your reservation.

Can I change my reservation?

 We will try to accommodate changes if made more than 24 hours in advance of the booking time.

Can I only have my group be in the room?

Yes, for the time being all groups will be private and there will be a minimum of four tickets purchased per booking.

What do I need to bring with me?

Bring your inner detective skills. No outside items are allowed in the room.

​

Can I use my cell phone?

Cell phones, cameras, and other electronic devices are not allowed into the room. If you are found to have a cellphone out while in the room you will be asked to leave with no refund.

What if I can't solve a riddle or clue?

Work as a group to solve the clues. While our clues are tough, they are not impossible to figure out. Groups are given 3 hints as requested.

What happens if I'm late?

The game begins at exactly the time prescribed. If you are late you will not be allowed into the room. If another reservation that day has openings, we will try to accommodate you, however there will be no refunds. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the game begins.

Do I have to have 8 people to go?

The maximum capacity of each game is 8. You do not need this many to play though there is a minimum of 4.  If you do have a smaller group but wish to have the room to yourself simply purchase all 4 spots.

Can I do it again?

Yes when a booking is available.

How old do I have to be?

Any age is welcome, however under 14 needs to be accompanied by an adult. All minors must be signed in by an adult 18 or over. Each person will have to sign a waiver regardless of age. We do not charge for 5 and under they can join in with your group of four or more.
